FREE SHIPPING FOR ORDERS $100 OR MORE: To Qualify for Free Shipping, the Purchaser must live within the Continental United States and have $100 or more worth of products in their shopping cart at the time of checkout.
The shipping time frame will be determined by the chosen shipping method. Free shipping is defaulted to the most cost effective method which may be up to 7 business days. In all cases, you will receive a tracking number and can easily review the transit of your package.
Orders may take up to 48 hours to process. Items in stock is in inventory unless noted "Made To Order" such has custom models. If you do not receive any updates or have questions please reach Daniel@PHXHobbies.com
If you don't receive your order: Contact our support within 14 calendar days from your latest expected delivery estimate. To find your missing package, you must follow up at the shipping address you provided. If you’re still unable to locate the package, contact our support within 14 days of delivery.
